Back and neck pain that stops recurring
Decompression work that addresses the specific segment involved, rather than general stretching that never quite lands.

Sustained energy through brutal weeks. Freedom from the back and neck pain of desks and plane seats. The same performance rehabilitation that keeps professional athletes on the field, built for the way you actually live.
“A career in high-performance fighter jets takes a real toll on your neck and back. Ben’s ELDOA protocols changed that for me. I use them before and after every flight, and they keep my body performing at the level the job demands. A true game changer.”
Executive performance coaching with Ben Velazquez is a private, assessment-led program for senior professionals who travel constantly and sit for most of the day. It combines ELDOA spinal decompression, fascia work and strength programming into a routine that fits a hotel room and a fifteen-minute gap.
Core membership is $2,300 per month, billed monthly with a three-month minimum, and includes four 30–45 minute virtual sessions, custom programming refreshed monthly, bounded async access with a 24-hour weekday response, and quarterly reassessment. Places are by application: Ben personally selects every client, and each place begins with a free 20-minute intro call.

“Ben has been my personal trainer for over 20 years. He has keen intuition and an encyclopedic knowledge of the human body. He is an absolute savant at working remotely, a skill that very few trainers have been able to develop. At 82 years of age, I feel 20 years younger than that, in no small part due to Ben.”
Most senior professionals are not under-trained. They are under-recovered and over-compressed. Eleven hours a day folded over a screen, a hundred flights a year, and sleep treated as the variable that gives way first.
The body adapts to whatever position it holds longest. That is why postural pain so rarely responds to training harder — you are trying to outvote eleven hours with one, and the arithmetic does not work.
The answer is not more volume. It is precision: identifying the two or three restrictions that actually limit you, then interrupting the pattern often enough that the body stops treating a chair as its default shape.

Decompression work that addresses the specific segment involved, rather than general stretching that never quite lands.
Recovery treated as scheduled work — sleep architecture, breathing mechanics and tissue quality, not just harder sessions.
Programming designed for a hotel room and a carry-on. If it needs a gym you will not do it, so it doesn’t.
Mobility built through active, loaded work so it holds under stress — rather than passive stretching that resets by Tuesday.
Periodized across the year the way an athlete’s is, so capacity is measured in decades rather than quarters.
Coordinated referrals to nutrition, physiotherapy and medical professionals I actually work with.
A deep movement and postural assessment establishes the baseline — how you move, load and recover, measured rather than assumed.
Programming, ELDOA and rehabilitation coaching, scheduled around your week rather than a fixed slot.
A custom program refreshed monthly, written for the equipment you will actually have.
Voice and text form checks between sessions, with a 24-hour weekday response. Bounded on purpose — it is what makes it sustainable.
The same measurements, repeated. Progress is reviewed against the baseline, and the next quarter is planned from the result.
Most Core members spend three to four hours a week in total, including sessions. The daily decompression and mobility work is ten to fifteen minutes and is designed to fit into gaps rather than require a dedicated block.
The opposite — travel-heavy schedules are the case this program was built for. Programming is written to work in a hotel room with no equipment, and the sessions are virtual, so the work moves with you.
No. The starting point is whatever your assessment shows. A large share of executive clients begin with significant restrictions and long gaps since they last trained consistently.
Core is virtual, four sessions a month, at $2,300/month. Concierge combines in-person and virtual with 8–12 touchpoints a month, priority scheduling and direct on-call access within agreed hours, at $6,500/month plus travel at cost. Concierge is capped at 7 positions and begins with a required in-person Performance Day from $3,000. Both are by application — Ben personally selects every client.
Yes. The Executive Reset is a self-guided ELDOA and mobility program built for desk-bound, travel-heavy professionals: ten to fifteen minutes a day, no equipment, and yours to keep. It is a $297 one-time fee, with no application needed. See all programs.
Yes: three months. Core and Concierge are billed monthly with a three-month minimum. That is deliberate — structural change is measured in months, and a shorter cycle would not give the work enough time to show up in the reassessment. After that, you choose whether to continue.
Virtual sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. In-person sessions are one hour.
Core and Concierge are billed monthly, with a three-month minimum. After the first three months you choose whether to continue. We can bill you personally or your company — just note which on the application.
Virtual sessions can be moved or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. In-person sessions and visits need one week’s notice.
Wherever suits you. Ben travels to you, or you can train at his offices in New York City, Tampa or Puerto Rico.
Yes. Bespoke engagements are built entirely around one client, by conversation: Ben travelling with you, on-site retreats and intensive blocks, or programs for your family or leadership team, all under complete confidentiality. Start the conversation.
Yes. Sessions, programming and written materials are available in English or Spanish.
Directly with Ben. That is why the roster is capped — the Concierge track is limited to seven positions, and Core intake is deliberately small.
A free 20-minute virtual intro call. You leave with a plan you can use, whether or not you join. 4 spots open this month.
