Core Executive Performance is $2,300 per month, billed monthly with a three-month minimum, with four virtual sessions, custom programming and bounded async access. Concierge Private Performance is $6,500 per month plus travel at cost, capped at 7 positions. Core and Concierge are both by application: Ben personally selects every client.

A full day is what it takes to see how a body actually behaves rather than how it presents in a twenty-minute window: movement under fatigue, how you load in the afternoon versus the morning, and the patterns that only appear once you stop performing for the assessment.

A focused 20-minute virtual assessment of how you move, load and recover, and a personalized snapshot of the two or three things most limiting you and where to start. It is genuinely free and yours to keep whether or not you go on to work together.
Because it involves in-person work, real-time programming changes and direct on-call access within agreed hours. Beyond seven positions, the level of access that defines the tier stops being deliverable.
Between sessions you can send voice or text form checks and questions, with a 24-hour response on weekdays. It is bounded rather than unlimited on purpose — that is what keeps the response time real.
No. When on-site work is required, travel is billed at cost: flights (business class on journeys over three hours), ground transport and hotel.
Virtual sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. In-person sessions are one hour.
Core and Concierge are billed monthly, with a three-month minimum. After the first three months you choose whether to continue. We can bill you personally or your company — just note which on the application.
Virtual sessions can be moved or cancelled with 24 hours’ notice. In-person sessions and visits need one week’s notice.
Wherever suits you. Ben travels to you, or you can train at his offices in New York City, Tampa or Puerto Rico.
Yes. Bespoke engagements are built entirely around one client, by conversation: Ben travelling with you, on-site retreats and intensive blocks, or programs for your family or leadership team, all under complete confidentiality. Start the conversation.
Yes. Many members start on Core and move to Concierge when a season or a schedule demands more access. Moving to Concierge requires the Performance Day if you have not already done one.
Not routinely. Structural change is measured in months, and a single session cannot deliver it. The Executive Reset exists as a genuine self-guided starting point for people who are not ready for a monthly commitment.
