This site is operated by Ben Velazquez. This policy explains what information is collected, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What is collected
The only information collected is what you type into the application or contact form: your name, your email address, the option you select, and any message you write. Nothing else is requested and nothing else is stored.
What it is used for
Solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to arrange your intro call. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. You are not added to a mailing list by submitting the form.
Analytics and tracking
This site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking pixels and no cross-site profiling. Aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics may be collected by the hosting platform for operational purposes; these do not identify you.
Third-party embeds
Videos on this site are loaded behind a click-to-play facade. YouTube receives no data from you unless you actively press play. Links to partner products are external sites with their own policies.
Data retention
Inquiry details are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting engagement.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Email ben@benvelazquez.com and it will be actioned.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
